Our ceramic balls produce no peculiar smell when burning. If you detect an unusual odor, please check whether there are any impurities that have fallen into the fire pit or adhered to the ceramic balls after the fire pit and ceramic balls have cooled down completely.
We recommend purchasing the appropriate quantity of ceramic ball sets based on your desired effect or fire pit size to achieve your ideal aesthetic.
Usage Guidelines
When placing the ceramic balls, please be careful not to block the gas outlet holes, and it is essential to leave enough space between them to ensure proper air circulation for sufficient gas combustion and reduced carbon deposits.
If black discoloration occurs on ceramic balls near the burner, it is caused by carbon deposits adhering to the surface from incomplete gas combustion during operation. Please gently brush off the carbon ash with a soft brush. (Note: Ceramic balls are not waterproof. Do not clean them with water.) Please also check your burner for incomplete gas‐combustion issues.
Beige and gray ceramic balls may leave carbon marks after cleaning soot with a brush. If you’d like to reduce this issue, we recommend choosing our black ceramic balls instead.
