- The 300 mm Arcos Universal Series Pastry knife has a wide stainless steel blade specially designed for cutting, dividing and serving cake bases. Our knives are made in Albacete-Spain since 1734 by hands that know. With this knife, you will have a high quality utensil for your confectionery.
- PRECISION AND DURABILITY: This pastry knife is made using a patented technique by Arcos called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. It is the result of shaping stainless steel with nitrogen to obtain a powerful and ultra-resistant tool.
- CLASSIC AND SAFE DESIGN: Handle designed for daily use without losing design, where straight lines with large formal contrasts and color predominate. It's made of polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
