Constructed from glass-reinforced nylon with a silicone O-ring, this housing operates at temperatures up to 165°F (74°C) and pressures up to 125 PSI (8.6 bar), making it a practical and affordable alternative to heavy stainless or carbon steel housings in hot water, process fluid, and industrial filtration systems.Designed with 3/4" NPT inlet and outlet ports, this #10 standard housing accepts any 10" x 2.5" filter cartridge for simple, low-cost cartridge replacement. The pressure drop remains below 1 PSI at 8 GPM, so your system maintains efficient flow. Overall dimensions are 12.13" x 5.13" (308 x 130 mm). This housing does not include a pressure relief button.Chemical compatibility includes organic solvents, sea water, alcohol, petroleum, and vegetable oils, making this housing well suited for a wide range of industrial environments. It is not compatible with ketones. Operating temperature range is 40°F to 165°F (4.4°C to 74°C).
