The Parijata External Pre Filter Kit installs on the inlet line of your water purifier and takes that load off the machine, so the expensive filters inside last the way they were designed to. Inside the box is a thick-wall, food-grade ABS pre filter housing fitted with a 10 inch, 5 micron PP spun sediment cartridge, plus a second spun candle free as a spare. The 120 gm high-density spun media captures dirt, dust, mud, slime and suspended particles down to 5 microns while maintaining full flow, and swapping it out every three to four months takes under a minute with the bowl key spanner supplied. Leak-proofing is where this kit is different. The bowl is sealed with a precision-moulded double O-ring and an additional spare O-ring is included, addressing the most common complaint customers have with prefilter assemblies in this price band. Installation is genuinely DIY. Both 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch elbow connectors are supplied along with two metres of food-grade pipe, Teflon tape, wall-mount hardware and a printed guide, so the kit works with cabinet and non-cabinet RO systems from every major brand as well as assembled units. No plumber, no service call.
