Do not use on broken skin, open wounds, areas of severe swelling or sensitive skin. If the pack breaks or tears, discard it immediately and use a new one. Do not apply for more than 15 to 20 minutes at a time.

Directions
For Cold Therapy: Place gel pack in freezer for at least 2 hours. Remove from freezer and insert into fabric sleeve. Apply to affected area using the adjustable strap to secure in place. Use for 15–20 minutes at a time. Allow skin to return to normal temperature before reapplying. Do not apply directly to bare skin. Always use the fabric sleeve or a thin cloth barrier. For Heat Therapy: Place gel pack in microwave in 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached (typically 1–2 minutes). Test temperature before applying. Insert into fabric sleeve and apply to affected area using the adjustable strap. Use for 15–20 minutes at a time. Do not overheat.
