Frida Upside Down Peri Bottle for Postpartum Care, Portable Bidet

- BUILT FOR COMFORT: The angled neck lets the Upside Down Peri Bottle spray upward while you hold it comfortably, so you can rinse without twisting your wrist or leaning into a position that pulls.
- STEADY, TARGETED STREAM: A full bottle gives you a steady stream rather than a trickle, and the narrow nozzle puts the water where you aim it instead of over the seat. Squeeze harder for more pressure.
- USE BEYOND POSTPARTUM: Use it for rinsing after vaginal delivery, gentle cleaning after a C-section, hemorrhoid relief, or freshening up during your period.
- HAND WASH AND DRY: Wash with warm soapy water by hand. It is not dishwasher safe. Shake it out and let it air-dry fully standing upside down, because water left inside a closed bottle is how mold starts.
- FRIDA MOM RECOVERY ESSENTIAL: Fridababy makes practical, parent-first solutions for the parts of recovery nobody prepares you for. Color may vary from the image shown. A version with a travel bag is also offered.

Select a product to estimate shipping.A regular squeeze bottle asks you to turn your wrist backward at the exact moment that hurts most. This one is designed to be held the other way up.
How to use it: Fill with warm water, hold it with the handle facing down, and squeeze while you go or straight afterward. Pressure comes from how hard you squeeze, so start gentle and build. Pat dry rather than wiping.
Capacity: 10 ounces. Fill it fully before you sit down, so you are not standing back up mid-rinse for a refill.
If you want to add witch hazel: Use a non-alcoholic witch hazel. Alcohol-based formulas can sting badly on stitches or a tear. Check with your provider before adding anything to the water in the first days after a repair.
Beyond the first week: After a vaginal delivery, for rinsing instead of wiping; After a C-section, for gentle cleaning while bending is limited; For hemorrhoid discomfort, during pregnancy or after; During a heavy period. Cleaning and drying: Hand wash with warm soapy water after use. Do not put it in the dishwasher. The important part is drying: empty it, shake it out, and stand it upside down until the inside is completely dry before storing it. A capped bottle put away damp is the one that grows mold.
Traveling with it: Empty it before it goes in a bag. Full and inverted, any squeeze bottle can weep.
